DEFINED SCOPE
Each service has a clear description of what is and is not included. If your situation falls outside the scope, we tell you at the first opportunity.
FIXED FEE
The fee for each service is fixed and stated here. Standard correspondence and document review within scope are included. Third-party costs such as government fees are separate.
WRITTEN ASSESSMENT FIRST
Before any service fee is incurred, we review your situation and provide a written assessment. If the prospects are weak, we say so before work begins.
SERVICE 01
Residency and Visa Documentation
Support with status of residence applications, changes of status, permission for activities outside a current status, and permanent residency applications — covering documentation preparation and correspondence with the immigration bureau.

Advice for individuals concerning agreements with businesses — covering cancellation rights, terms that may be unenforceable, subscription and continuous service arrangements, and the routes available through consumer affairs bodies before any formal step.

- Drafted letter where correspondence to the business is appropriate
- Statement where the matter is better handled by a consumer centre at no cost

SERVICE 03
Document Certification and Procedures
Handling of documentary procedures arising around commercial and personal matters — including notarisation arrangements, certified translations for overseas use, apostille and consular procedures, and preparation of powers of attorney.

All fees include standard correspondence and document review within scope. Third-party costs — notarial fees, government processing charges, courier or apostille fees — are separate and will be stated before they are incurred.
